Railway Science and Technology Innovation Alliance Established in Beijing
On February 17, the Alliance of Railway Technology Innovation, initiated by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd, was established in Beijing. The Alliance will effectively gather advantageous resources for speeding up the high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening of modernized Chinese railways, to be a spearhead on China's path to modernization..
The railway science and technology innovation alliance comprises of major enterprises, universities and research institutions in and outside of the railway industry. To fulfil the demands for high-quality development of railways, the Alliance will do better in: joint research on key railway technologies, industrial application of railway innovation and cooperation in technical exchanges and talent training.
