On September 18, with the pouring of the final concrete, the main bridge spanning the southern branch of the Gan River on the Nanchang Yangzizhou Ganjiang Rail-Road Bridge, part of the Nanchang-Jiujiang section of the Beijing-Hong Kong High Speed Railway, was successfully closed. This marks the closure of all three main bridges crossing the Gan River along the Nanchang-Jiujiang High Speed Railway.
